This is my first time ever submitting a blog. I have been thinking about this and putting it off long enough. I will talk about photography and my views on life in general. I hope it will be informative and interesting. Hopefully not boring like this first post.
I teach photography in Hickory, NC. It might sound crazy but I live and breathe photography. I see pictures everywhere I am and at times have my camera to capture what strikes my attention. Most of the time I am too busy or don't want to spend the trouble talking to the subjects. Too bad we live in such a fast paced world.
One last comment. One thing that always comes before my photography is my family. I can always take another picture.

That was nice! I didn't think it was boring at all and I know what you mean about being too busy to capture a picture. I loved the family comment and you should be proud to have such a beautiful family!
I know what you mean. I am almost paranoid about leaving my camera at home. Every time I do, it seems that I see something exciting. Last weekend, I left my house to take the trash to the landfill, as usual. As I drove through downtown Drexel, I saw a group of workers hand-painting a sign on the side of an old brick building. Like you said, I can always take another picture.
I think I need to learn from you Joe, sometimes I take the other attitude and think that I cant take another picture and end up ticking off people that mean stuff to me.
